The case of the former head of the UFMS of the Chelyabinsk region Governor Sergey Ryazanov in early August will be sent to the Prosecutor for approval of the indictment. This was reported today by the head of the investigation Department of the TFR in the Chelyabinsk region Denis Chernyatiev. According to him, Ryazanov, and its defenders are now acquainted with the case materials."In the near future, the case will be sent to the Prosecutor's office, I think, next week," said Chernyatiev.As the correspondent , Ryazanov, is charged with 12 episodes of the crime under part 2 of article 290 of the criminal code (bribery of significant size), two episodes of part 1 of article 290 of the criminal code (bribery), part 1 of article 285 of the criminal code (abuse of authority), paragraph "C" of part 5 of article 290 of the criminal code (bribery on a large scale).He was detained on 2 June 2013 in one of the cafes Chelyabinsk upon receipt of 135 thousand rubles as payment for services that fall within the competence led by management. The court arrested him, but in August Ryazanov was released under house arrest.
